I’ve been eating Keto and sometimes a modified Atkins diet the majority of my life. I eat nutrient-dense foods, that agree with my gut & make me feel like a superhero. I am a fan of Keto because of the amazing health & cognitive benefits and the increased energy it provides. I was diagnosed with Dyslexia & ADHD as a child and struggled academically. When I changed my diet from SAD (standard American diet) to Keto my whole world changed! It enhanced my cognition, focus, mood & energy! Fat fuels the brain & the body.

Keto also has tremendous body fat loss benefits. It helped me to get ripped for my first bikini competition. Keto helps me to maintain my physique year round.
