Another day of what I eat on the ketogenic diet! Every day on keto gets easier and I am able to go out in various social situations now and stay keto. I am also constantly finding new and creative ways to keep myself from getting bored. There are two great recipes for dinner, lunch or breakfast that will keep you satisfied as you go forward on your own keto journey.

Sweet Bread Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1 cup Almond Flour
2 Large Eggs
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Oil (Coconut, Hazelnut, etc.)
½ TBSP Pumpkin Spice
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
¼ Cup Sweetener Replacement (1:1 sugar replacement)
Ground Vanilla Bean
Combine and fully mix than place in a well-greased bread pan
Bake for 18-22 minutes checking regularly
