-Mix 1/4 of Pink Himalayan Salt https://amzn.to/2Jnv23v with 3/4 cup filtered water in a plastic or glass jar.
-Do NOT use metal (think of a car at the beach or snow with salt on a car).
-Let the mixture sit overnight.
-Drink .5-1 tablespoon per serving or what you can stand.
