This is my first time trying the popular ‘Keto’ diet. I thought I would show you all what I’m planning to eat. I’m going to attempt keto for 5 days and see if it’s something I could.do longer.

This week I prepped Taco Salads, Cauliflower burrito bowls, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and some tasty cream cheese treats!

I’m also going to be making scrambled eggs with spinach every morning, but I dont like to prep ahead for eggs!

I have the ingreidents to make 2 wedge salads somewhere this week as well!
