Now no need to sacrifice your roti for keto.
Today I have shared wonderful Indian version of Keto recipe, that is Keto Roti / Keto Chapathi / Keto flat bread.

This keto Roti / Keto chapathi / Keto flat bread contains Flax seed powder and almond flour, sea salt and oil /ghee.
Recipe:
Take 3 table spoons of flax seed powder, and 2 table spoons of almond flour, add sea salt according to your taste . Finally add 1 spoon of oil/ghee to it.
Mix with hot water to make a dough.
Roll the dough with the help of parchment paper.
Put it on the hot griddle … apply ghee on both sides while cooking.
Thats it .. its so simple right !!
