1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup hot water
2-3 teaspoon instant espresso powder
1 teaspoon rum extract (optional)

•Mascarporne Frosting•
8 ounces softened mascarpone cheese
4 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 to 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream at room temperature

•Garnish•
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 oz grated sugar free chocolate
