The KC Keto Cook with Keto Batter-Fried Fish!

The key to Keto is eating delicious food and this recipe checks all of the boxes. Flaky fish, crisp batter, and keto all the way. I found this recipe here, https://www.myketokitchen.com/keto-recipes/keto-battered-fish/

I made it today with tilapia, purchased at Costco, so they were 1/2 inch thick fillets. Some notes I made when cooking: Stove top on medium high.high. Use batter as soon as it’s sat for 10 minutes, don’t wait because the batter thins as it sits there. Cook fillets for 3 minutes and 30 seconds on the first side and 3 minutes on the second side.
