3 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
5 tablespoons garlic, minced
5 celery stalks, chopped
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
1 4 ounce can diced green chilies
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 tablespoons chili sauce
¼ cup chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Diced green onions, sour cream and shredded cheese (your favorite cheese)

*Turn on IP to sauté.
*When hot, add onion and ground beef.
*Cook until the meat is brown and the onions are soft.
*Mix in the minced garlic and chopped celery.
*Cook for another 2 minutes.
*Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
*Turn off the IP, place the lid on, and close the vent valve.
*Set Manual/Pressure Cook High for 30 minutes.
*Open the lid and stir.
*Serve with your favorite garnishes
