Hello my fit family! I have an incredible recipe! These tortillas are the closest to the original corn tortillas we are used to. Believe me there is no other recipe for tortillas more similar to corn tortillas than this one. They are flexible and very, very delicious 😋
Ingredients for tortillas: 1 cup almond flour 35 grams of ground chicharron
3 tsp psyllium husk
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tbsp almond flour at the end to knead

MACROS: (totals are for the entire portion of dough, depending on how many tortillas you get, you will devide the macros to get the total per tortilla)

Guacamole is one of the best things you can eat in a Keto lifestyle. Guacamole can be used to accompany “carne asada” (grilled meat), sausages, chorizos, eggs, salmon, in short, it is so versatile that it is almost impossible to spend a day on a Keto diet without eating it, besides it is full of healthy fats that give us energy and keep us in ketosis…

Ingredients: 00:05:00
1 large ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
½ peeled and seedless tomato
Dry chili or in sauce, to taste
1 tablespoon of fresh coriander, preferably finely chopped
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
