食物配料
蛋糕:
第1部分:
-4个 蛋黄
-2茶匙 香草精
-3汤匙 不加糖的椰奶
-3汤匙 黃油或任何选择的油(椰子油,橄欖油都可以)
-¾杯(75克)扁桃仁粉
-½茶匙(3克)泡打粉
-1/4茶匙 盐
第2部分:
-4个 蛋清
-1/4茶匙 冷奶油
-¼杯(50克)赤蘚糖醇糖粉

在335°F(168°C)下烘烤20分钟。

奶油1:白色奶油
-1杯(240毫升)冷奶油
-⅓杯(65克)赤蘚糖醇糖粉

奶油2:芝麻奶油
-¼杯(60毫升)冷冻浓奶油
-5汤匙 芝麻粉
-1汤匙 赤蘚糖醇糖粉

其他配料:
– 草莓
– 抹茶粉
– 肉鬆 (我用的是自製的生酮雞肉鬆)
– 熟鹹蛋黃
– 黃豆粉/芝麻 (可用/可不用)

Menu:
– Strawberry Shortcake
– Matcha Tiramisu
– Sesame Cake
– Salted Egg with Chicken Floss Cake

INGREDIENTS
Cake:
Part 1:
– 4 large egg yolks
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk
– 3 tablespoons avocado oil or any oil of choice
– ¾ cup (75g) blanched almond flour
– ½ teaspoon (3g) baking powder
– ¼ teaspoon salt
Part 2:
– 4 large egg whites
– ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
– ¼ cup (50g) powdered monkfruit sweetener

Bake at 335°F (168°C) for 20 minutes.

Cream #1: White Cream
– 1 cup (240ml) chilled heavy whipping cream
-⅓ cup (65g) powdered monkfruit sweetener

Cream #2: Sesame Cream
– ¼ cup (60ml) chilled heavy whipping cream
– 5 tbsp sesame powder
– 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener

Other Toppings:
– Strawberry
– Matcha Powder
– Chicken Floss (homemade keto chicken floss)
– Cooked salted egg x 1
– Roasted soybean powder /sesame (optional)
