2 diced Tomatoes
2 Garlic cloves
2 tins Tuna, drained
1 tbsp Boiled corn
1 tsp smoked paprika/ Mild chilli
4 oz cheese(Mozzarella & Cheddar)
1 tsp Olive oil
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
handful freshly chopped parsley/ coriander
