Sous Vide CHICKEN HEART with KETO CRACKERS Low Carb

When we go to a Churrascaria (AKA Brazilian Restaurant) we always order chicken heart (AKA Coração de frango) as we all love it. But it is very easy to over cook it or undercook it. So, I decided to give chicken hear a try with sous vide and see how it comes out. In consideration for my great cousin MauMau I also decided to do a low carb keto friendly cracker which came out amazing.

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN HEART SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 1hrs @ (185°F / 85°C)

* Sausage cooked it for 1hrs @ (160°F / 71°C)

* CHICKEN HEART INGREDIENTS *
1 White Onion
2 tbsp low sodium soil sauce

3 tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

200 grams Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
80 grams Cream Cheese
100 grams Almond Flour
Salt & Pepper
