* 1 cup almond flour
* 4 tablespoons coconut flour
* 3/4 cup ground flaxseeds
* 2 tablespoons psyllium husk, whole (do not use powder)
* 2 tablespoons chia seeds, grounded
* 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (optional)
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
* 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
* 1tsp turmeric ( optional)
* 1 cup hot water
* Ghee, butter, or oil
