Smoked Salmon ~ Low Carb ~ Keto

Perfect for low carb or keto. I used this salmon as the healthy fat in my huge salad. We normally eat salad 3 times a week. I like to place the lemons on the bottom. I get all the lemon flavor and the lemons don’t block the smoke flavor on top. I smoked mine hotter than most, it was around 350 degrees. I actually grilled some ribeyes, after eating I saw where the kettle was still at 350 and had plenty of coals so I decided to go ahead and smoke the salmon for our salads the following day. I normally have plenty of coals using the Slow N Sear. I shut down the vents and I’m able to reuse the coals on my next cook.
