In this case I’m going to make some assumptions because she didn’t really say much about what her fat intake is. I’d like to discuss some ideas about how to transition off of a ketogenic diet to a Thermo Diet protocol.

If you’re transitioning off of a low carb diet then you’re likely used to consuming more fat. One of the things you need to pay attention to with the Thermo Diet and eating more carbs is the source and quality of the Thermo carb sources like organic fruits, starches, and tubers you start to notice that your hunger and cravings go away.

Make a plan where you lower your fat intake down to a certain level, and focus on saturated fat mostly, from high quality sources, then consume more carbs from Thermo sources that are nutrient dense.
