I really treat this as a sweep the kitchen recipe with the only consistent ingredients being bell peppers and turkey sausage. It’s supper easy and reheats very well. You can combine it with other foods or eat it on it’s own. I typically make it with an over easy egg since breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.
