SARCIADONG CHICKEN LIVER WITH BOILED EGGS LOW CARBS KETO DIET RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut oil
5 cloves minced of garlic
1 chopped onion
3 pcs tomatoes
1 kgs chicken liver
1 tbsp fish sauce or patis
bay leaves
black pepper
1 red bell
1 tsp chilli powder
3 pcs boiled eggs

Procedure:
1. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
2. Sauté minced garlic until light brown then add the chopped onion, cook for a minute.
3. Add the tomatoes , put chicken liver and cook for 5 mins and add water
4. Add the bay leaves and season with fish sauce and black pepper and bell pepper, let it simmer in a very low fire until the sauce thickens, add the chilli powder and boiled eggs
5. Ready to Serve and Enjoy
