Roasted Chicken | Keto Recipe | Gluten Free | Keto Diet

This easy and classic chicken recipe is as simple as it comes. For me, this simple chicken recipe is a go to quick meals or serve it with a sauce to make a fancy sit down dinner .

Any chicken parts will do! Always make more then you need. This makes great chicken salad the next day!

This is great for keto meal plan or Low carb diet

Recipe :

Family pack of chicken (Any Parts)

Onion powder
Garlic powder
Mustard powder
Lemon juice
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375 deg.
In a bowl combine all seasonings
Mix in lemon juice and olive oil
Adjust mix to a loose paste

Trim chicken as needed
Place chicken in large bowl
Add seasoning and mix
Make sure to coat all sides of the chicken( You can cook chicken or refrigerate between 1 -24 hours)

Place chicken on a sheet pan and place in the oven
Roast for about 45 minutes to an internal temp of 165 deg.
