Quick Healthy Chicken Cutlet Recipe | Diabetic / Keto / Paleo / Low Carb / Bachelor Diet Friendly 😋

Chicken Cutlets are one of the easiest dishes to make because chicken mince is readily available in the market these days. You can freeze the mince with seasoning in one-meal portions and freeze it. To eat it for breakfast or lunch, simply shift one portion to the fridge side one night before. And to eat it at night, do the same that morning.

Serves 2 to 3

Ingredients:
Chicken Thigh Mince – 500g
Onion – 2/ 125g
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Cup
Egg – 1
Panko/ Bread Crumbs (optional) – 1/3 cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Garam Masala (3g star anise + 5g cinnamon + 5g cloves) – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
MSG – 1/8 tsp (a pinch)
