This lemon caper halibut dish tastes like it came out of a fancy restaurant, but it’s super easy and quick to make at home. It’s a one-pan meal my whole family loved!

This halibut dish is full of flavor from the buttery lemon caper sauce. The cooking process is so simple. It just involves browning all sides of the fish, creating the buttery sauce, then finishing cooking the fish, and just spooning the sauce over the top to serve. Yum!
