I’m deep into month 2, and think it’s amazing how Keto and IF get such quick results. In this video, I explain my full end-to-end process of creating a meal plan based on the scientific requirements (macros, vitamins, nutrients, minerals), and self-awareness, since we all are able to tolerate different levels of complexity and time allotment for cooking etc.
The whole reason why I migrated from Slow Carb to Keto+IF is because I was shocked to receive a diagnosis of pre-diabetes after having not gone to a doctor in over a decade.
