I am starting to feel the 8am – 12 Noon blues. My body is trying to get used to the I.F. Regimen once again. I have to force myself to stay asleep for 8 hours so that I can maximize the Advanced Stored Fat Zone Burn. I drink 20 oz of water as soon as I wake up and then some green tea to hold me until 12 noon. I included a cool meal plan for Egg White Burritos in this videos and low carb tortillas.
