Low-Carb/Keto Fried Chicken Tenders | Taste of Trini

Many people are on Low-Carb or Ketogenic Diets, so this recipe is for you! Now you can enjoy Fried Chicken, guilt-free!

Here is what you will need:

2 Chicken Breasts, cut into strips

2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

2 teaspoons Salt

1/4 cup of Caribbean Green Seasoning

1 package of Pork Rinds (3 oz)

2 Eggs

Oil to fry

These can be also baked at 350F for 30 minutes.
