LOW CARB – KETO CHICKEN BROCCOLI SALAD / JELLAI’S EASY RECIPE

This easy chicken broccoli salad is the perfect meal recipe and very healthy.

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SALAD
1 head broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Breast chicken, cooked and sliced
2 pcs tomatoes, thinly sliced

FOR THE DRESSING
1/3 cup Mayonnaise ( Kewpie red regular) or
(Lady’s choice dark blue are okey, in moderation)
2 tbsp. Cocos cider vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Salt and black pepper powder to taste
