Ingredients
1kg fish fillet
30 grams spring onions (cut into small pieces)
30 grams bell pepper (cut into small pieces)
1tst sweet paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs( beaten)
60 -100 grams Parmesan cheese or any cheese (shredded)

Remove and shredded all the meat in the fish then add all ingredients mix together then fried in pan with olive oil or any keto friendly oil fried each side until holder brown
Enjoy this ulam with low carb veggies like cauliflower , broccoli, sayote, cabbage rice only 1 cup each meal
