These Low Carb High Protein fish cutlets are a little complex to make but can be made in bulk and stored in fridge for a quick and super delicious healthy snack. As they are fried and non messy they are a great option for on the go snack and a easy to digest post workout meal 😉

Makes around 35 medium size cutlets with Protein – 8g, Fat – 2.7g, Carbs – 0.5g and Fiber 0.2g approx per cutlet, Enjoy!
