7 eggs – hard boiled (steamed preferably)
¼ cup – chopped celery
1/8 cup – chopped green onions
4 Tbs – mayonnaise
1 Tbs – apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp – salt
1/4 tsp – ground black pepper
