Gumbo Ingredients:
16 ounces – cooked sausage, cubed or sliced
16 – 20 ounces – shredded cooked Chicken

1 – medium onion, chopped
1 – medium green bell pepper, chopped
6 to 8 – stalks celery, chopped
2 bay leaves
8 cups – chicken stock
