Ketogenic Diet Weekend #2 Meal Prepping!

I love the concept of preparing a lot of food on the weekend. It is a challenge to come up with ketogenic meal ideas. I’m loving a quiche for breakfast! I’ve got my carbohydrate count down and am no longer craving sweets and carbs!
I’m still following more of a modified atkins for seizures than a ketogenic diet. Need to up the fat intake a little bit. I’ve been adding coconut oil to my tea and putting butter on all my vegetables.
