Hey Everyone! Today’s video is a “What I Eat In A Day” of what I am currently eating on the Keto (low carb high fat) diet. I show you an app that I’m using to chart my food intake and share with you my success and failure of the day eating “clean” for optimal ketogenic results. I share a couple of simple keto recipes (keto chicken casserole & steak salad) and make keto coffee. My goal is both overall health and weight loss.
