Today I am sharing one of our favorite Keto and THM “S” bun recipes from Diet Doctor. These buns are low carb and gluten free. See the link to the recipe below for exact measurements.
Notes: When I make these I use half oat fiber and half psyllium instead of all the 5 Tbsp of ground psyllium the recipe calls for. I also add 1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder to my recipes.
