Keto Steamed Fish

This recipe of keto steamed fish is among my favorites. I love the burst of flavours that come from Thai cuisine and I also enjoy the earthy Indian tastes. This is a fusion of both and the ingredients works well together. When you want to enjoy Fish in its natural form, steamed fish is the best way to eat it. You steam the fish without any spices, so it does not interfere with the natural sweetness. And later the tangy, spicy, slightly sweet and savory sauce gives it another layer or flavor. Ingredients:

500 gm River Snapper

In the Fish Belly:
1-2 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
2 Cherry Tomatoes

Sauce:
1 tsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
1 more tsp Ginger Grated
1 tsp Erythritol (optional)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fish Sauce
2-3 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Drops Stevia (optional)

Tempering:
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1-2 Dry Red Chillies
10 Curry Leaves
