Tasty Keto snacks recipe made with 4 basic Spices – Coriander powder, Roasted Cumin powder, Red Chili powder, Turmeric powder. I have used controlled and calculated amount of these spices just to ensure that we are not taking more of carbs.

We usually have very less Indian Vegetarian options for low-carb diets. This is easy to make and also a quick and easy recipe to make at home when you are in Ketogenic Diet (Keto Diet) or low-carb diet.


A treat for KETO and Eggplants lovers.


1) Eggplant (बैंगन) – 1
2) Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1/2 tablespoon
3) Roasted Cumin powder (जीरा पाउडर)- 1/2 tablespoon
4) Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)- 1/4 tablespoon
5) Red Chili powder (लाल मिर्ची पाउडर ) – 1/4 tablespoon
6) Olive oil (‎ऑलिव ऑयल )
7) Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)

Net Carbs per serving 2 grams



1) Remove stem end and wash eggplant.
2) Slice Eggplant in thin(2 cm) round circles.
2) Take a big bowl and put sliced eggplant into it.
3) Now add Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and Salt. Mix well.
4) Heat up the frying pan and grease it with olive oil.
5) Place these spiced Eggplant slices over the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes. Keep checking in between.
6) Flip to the other side and let it cook for the same time.
7) Serve with Yogurt or Guacamole.
