KETO Snickerdoodle Mug Cake | One of the BEST Keto Desserts Around

Keto Snickerdoodle Mug Cakes are one of my favorite keto desserts to make year-round. This low carb snickerdoodle mug cake has the perfect amount of sweetness and cinnamon and is super delicious and perfect. Whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter this snickerdoodle mug cake is perfect. They are healthy, and have just 5 NET CARBS!

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp keto sweetener |
1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 Tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Pinch of salt
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp cream of tartar – optional
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Large egg white
1/2 Cup blanched almond flour |

1. Place the butter into a microwave safe bowl and heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
2. Stir the melted butter & sweetener until they are combined.
3. Add the almond milk, vanilla, pinch of sea salt, cream of tartar, baking powder, egg white, and cinnamon. Stir until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Stir in the almond flour, and mix it completely.
5. Take out two microwave safe 8 ounce ramekins or one microwave safe mug. If you chose the ramekins, divide the batter evenly between the mugs and smooth the top.
6. Place both mugs/ramekins in the microwave and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds on HIGH (1200 watt microwave). Time will vary depending on your microwave, so you can start at 1 minute if you’d like and add small amounts of time until it is to your liking.
7. Allow th mug cake to cool before eating!
