NOTE: use 3 teaspoons of coconut flour, NOT 3 Tablespoons. Both will work, I just feel 3 teaspoons is a fluffier, nicer texture.

This Keto mug cake (cinnamon mug cake) is a ketogenic and banting dessert which is DELICIOUS! This low carb mug cake with cinnamon is extremely low in carbohydrates (carbs), high in good fats and tastes like Cinnabon! The cinnamon mug cake (and low sugar mug cake) takes only a few minutes to make, the recipe requires absolutely no baking and satisfies that sweet tooth!

The low carb mug cake recipe can be modified to suit your personal taste or preference which means that there is no way you won’t love this cinnabon mug cake. This is hands down one of my favourite keto recipes.

The ingredients for this ketogenic dessert are cream cheese, olive oil, milk, egg, coconut flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, xylitol and stevia. That is all that is required for this delicious keto mug cake. Only 3 dishes need to be dirtied for this yummy cake.

Fat: 32g
Net Carbs: 6g (9g carbs – 3g fiber)
Protein: 12g


3 Tablespoons Cream Cheese (1 for cake, 2 for the icing)
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoons Milk
3 teaspoons Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
2 Tablespoons of sweetner of your choice (I use half Stevia, half Xylitol)
