These Keto Mozzarella Sticks require basically 3 ingredients and the true difference is made by the fact they are deep fried in Beef Dripping / Tallow. If you’ve never cooked in tallow it’s basically the food with the highest amount of Saturated Long Chain Fatty Acids in the form of Palmitic and Stearic and the effect is really impressive to witness as it affects your appetite within 10 minutes and because of Reverse Electron Transport it really counteracts the number of Carbs and Protein present in the Mozzarella and “breadcrumbs”

214kcal 1g carbs 20g fat 7g protein

INGREDIENTS (makes 20 sticks, 25g each)

500g / 1lbs 1oz pizza style mozzarella (dry block) cut in sticks, frozen.

150g / 5.3oz Almond Grounds

75g / 2.65oz Coconut Flour

3 Eggs, beaten

500g / 1lbs 1oz Beef Dripping


Saucepan for deep frying

Food thermometer (you need to check the beef dripping temperature)
