Keto Meatballs!

We love this simple Keto Dinner Recipe! You can make the meatballs ahead and then reheat them for dinner, or just bake it all at once! We love to pour pasta sauce on top and eat them on Palmini Pasta or riced cauliflower.

1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cup Parmesan
1/3 Cup Almond Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Water
4oz Mozzarella Cheese (cubed or shredded)

Combine all ingredients and mix together. Sometimes we cube the mozzarella cheese and roll it into the ball (be aware the cheese melts a bit when you cook it). Sometimes we wait until the meatballs are baked and then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
Roll into balls (we made 12).
Bake for 20 min at 350.
Add Pasta sauce (and shredded cheese – optional) and bake for another 3-5 minutes until warm.
