Meals:

Stuffed Jalapeno Burgers:
2 pounds of 80% Ground Beef or Turkey
2 tbs of Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup diced jalapenos
1/2 cup of Feta Cheese
2tbs minced garlic clove

Medium heat – 5 min on each side

Kung Pao Chicken:
1 pound of Chicken Thighs chopped into 1 inch chunks
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Peanuts
1/2 cup Green Peppers finely chopped
4 large spring onions finely chopped
4-6 Dried Red Chilis. No seeds
For the Sauce:
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
3 tsp cooking wine vinegar
3 TBSP Sesame Oil
2 TBSP Chili Garlic Paste

Medium heat- Cook Chicken for 10 min with green peppers, add the rest of the ingredients until sauce is thick

Stuffed Chicken Breast:
2 6oz Chicken Breast Sliced in half

Filling:
4 oz Cream cheese
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
2 garlic cloves minced
2 green scallions finely chopped

For outer of the chicken:

1 egg whisked in a separate bowl

Breading:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
