Hard boiled eggs: steam over boiling water for 13 minutes, then transfer to ice water to cool

Barbecue Stuffed Bacon Wraps:
I swapped the brown sugar, spicy ketchup, and BBQ sauce for reduced sugar ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke. I used almond flour instad of Panko bread crumbs.

Beef And Broccoli Bowl With Cauliflower Rice:

5 Ingredient Low Carb Bagels:
I topped mine with Trader Joe’s “Everything But the Bagel” seasoning
