KETO Meal Prep // Low Carb Cashew Chicken from Keto Connect with Cauli Rice

Another keto/low carb meal prep in the books! Meal prep Sunday is maybe not my favorite day truth be told, but sacrificing a little time on a Sunday sets me up for success all week. It’s an investment in yourself.

My macros ended at 9g net carbs, 30g fat, and 32g protein for 423 calories total.
