KETO MEAL PREP FOR BEGINNERS
This video breaks down what me and my wife eat on a weekly basis. This is the type of food I find to be the easiest to meal prep. This will break down everything for you, so if you find yourself to be a beginner this will help you get started. Also when weighing out food and sauces I am not a super picky person ill keep it within 2-3g over or under.
