Keto Meal Prep | Easy & Simple Meals

Buffalo Chicken Dip –
Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers –

Nut Butter cookies
12 cookies

1 Cup almond flour
3 Tbl coconut flour
¼ tsp xantham gum
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda (I think I said baking powder in the video!!)
½ cup sweetener (I used Lakanto golden sweetener)
¼ cup nut butter of your choice
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Refrigerate dough before baking. Bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
