Keto Mathri/Mathi | Savoury Biscuits (Eggless)

Being a Vegetarian and that too eggless, Snacking becomes a pain. But wait, here comes the ever tasty Mathri, mathi, suhali whatever be the name. It is an easy and a quick famous snack of India. It is salty in taste and it can beat the Original Mathri. Make it believe it.

Preparation time: 15mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 15-16 pieces

Almond flour 100g
Psyllium husk 2 tsp
Xanthum gum 1 tsp
Onion seed 1 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Olive oil 1& 1/2 tbsp
Water very little as required
Note: Mathri can be stored for a month and also easily carried to your work or when travelling, is a good Snacking option. So enjoy it.
