· 5 medium eggs, room temperature
· 2 cups almond flour
· ¼ cup coconut flour
· 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
· ¼ cup heavy whipping cream or coconut cream
· 1/3 cup Erythritol
· 4 tbsp butter, melted
· 2 tsp vanilla extract

· 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
