Breakfast: Bagels with cream cheese (2 -3 net carbs)
Lunch: Salad (carbs depends on toppings etc) with biscuit (3.3 carbs)
Dinner: Ranch bacon broccoli chicken casserole (depends on how much dressing & broccoli you use – 3-4 net carbs)
Dessert: Cheese cake (2-3 carbs) or lemon poppy seed cake (1.4 carbs – depends on how many slices you do I did ten)

2.5 cups almond flour
10 TBS psyllium husk powder
2 tsp sea salt
2 TBS xylitol
4 tsp baking powder
5 drops liquid stevia
1 cup egg whites
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cups hot water
Makes 12-14 rolls bake @ 350 for 60 mins. 150-170 calories, 5-7 protein 1-2 carbs.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
4 cups shredded chicken
3 cups cooked broccoli
1 cup homemade pickle juice
3 cups cheese
10 slices of bacon
mix together with some of the cheese – spread in casserole – top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
Pickle Juice:
1 cup mayo
3/4 sour cream
1/4 cup pickle juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 TBS ranch seasoning mix
1 TBS dill
Store in fridge

1 cup almond flour
4 TBS butter
spread into the bottom of cupcake wrapper bake for 10 mins.
16 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp fresh lemon
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup xylitol
350 degrees for 20 mins (mine took a tad longer) Store in the fridge. I had a lot of cream cheese filling left so I made a tiny cheese cake with no crust. Lowers the carbs even more with these!
