Keto Lemon Pound Cake!

Set of 2 Silicone Loaf Pans:

Keto Lemon Pound Cake
1 1/4 cup almond flour
2 TS baking powder
3 TB your choice sweetener
4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 TB butter (softened)
2 TS lemon extract
Frosting Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 TB butter (softened)
1/4 cup powdered eyrithritol
2 TS lemon extract
zest of 1 lemon
Directions for Cake:
Sift all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk well. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Directions for Frosting:
Beat all frosting ingredients together with a mixer except for the zest. Add the zest and fold in after beating ingredients. Frost your cooled cake, cover, and allow to chill in the fridge before cutting/serving. Enjoy!

Macros: per slice (mine made 12 slices)
Fat: 22 grams
Net Carbs: 1.16 grams
Protein: 6 grams
Calories: 227.5
