Keto Hummus – 2g net carbs per 1/4 cup – Made from Lupini Flakes

In this video, I make a keto hummus that has 1/3rd the net carbs of traditional chickpea hummus. It uses lupini flakes and it pulls off the taste and texture of chickpea hummus really well.

The downside to lupin/lupini is that many brands can have a very bitter aftertaste. Not so with these lupini flakes from Aviate Foods. I loved Aviate Foods’ lupini products so much that I’ve become an affiliate marketing partner of theirs.
