Welcome to another session of Keto Twist . Today I am going to show you the recipe of Hara Bhara Kebabs .Hara means “green”in hindi and bhara is “full”, so basically these kebabs arefull of greens. These kebabs are vegetarian and easy to make.

Ingredients are :

Puréed Spinach. 350 gms
(Blanch the spinach in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain all the excess water and grind the leaves for purée.)

Indian Cottage Cheese. 150 gms
( Paneer)

Coarse Ground Almonds. 70 gms

Green Bellpepper 1 medium sized

Garlic. 2 cloves

Crushed Ginger . 1 tbsp

Green Chillis. 2

Spring Onions. 2 stalks

Coriander Leaves . Handful

Butter. 70 gms

Salt. 1 tsp

Red chilli powder . 1-2 tsp

Coriander Powder. 2 tsp

With this mixture , I was able to make 13 kebabs.

Calories 84.6 cal

Net Carbs. 1.2 gms

Total Fat. 10.7 gms

Protein. 4.1 gms
