Keto Hamburger Buns

Hello everyone these keto hamburger buns are great and easy to make. They are soft and taste just like a regular bun that your use to having except its low carb only 2.8 net carbs. These are the best hamburger buns and they are pretty easy to make even someone that’s just beginning keto can make these. So Join me and lets Make It Keto.

Equipment: Stand Mixer


Distilled or filtered water 1 cup/236g needs to be around 80 degrees
1/2 tsp Honey
2 tsp instant yeast
2 large egg/ 100g (room temp)
3/4 cup lupin flour/ 80g
1and 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten/ 170g
1/2 cup oat fiber 38g
3 tbsp allulose
1 tsp kosher salt/ 3g
2 tbsp salted butter (soften room temp)

Egg Wash:
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp water
everything bagel seasoning

1 bun= 146 cal, 4.6g fat, 2.8g net carbs, 20.5g protein
