The great lipton onion soup debate solved:
So the nutrition facts on the box are for BOTH packets. Using an entire pouch (the way I did in the video) will add 4 grams of carbs to each pepper. Halfing this will add 2 grams of carbs to each pepper. Delicious either way! 

Ingredient list:
12 ounce bag of riced cauliflower 
1 pound of hamburger meat
lipton onion soup/dip mix (found on soup aisle)
1 egg
garlic powder
4 bell peppers

Instructions:

1. Place entire bag of cauliflower rice and 2 tablespoons of lipton onion soup mix in a skillet with some olive oil on medium heat.Cook for about 5 minutes or until all water is evaporated. Turn off burner and set pan aside.
2. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
3. Cut tops off of all bell peppers.
4. Grab a small carving knife and cut a special design on each pepper. – they will not taste right if you skip this step!
5. In a large bowl add ground beef, garlic powder, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of lipton onion soup mix.
6. Add cauliflower and mix all ingredients well.
7. Stuff each bell pepper with the mix. It is okay if the meat overflows on the top. Add tops back to each pepper when done stuffing.
8. Place peppers in a pan. You want to space the peppers out as much as you can. They cook best when they are not touching. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
9. Take out of oven – let cool and enjoy 🙂
